Solar Sales Consultant
to help with this growth.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Solar Sales Consultant
to join our office-based sales team. You will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, understanding customers' needs, designing suitable solar and battery systems, and closing deals efficiently and professionally. This is a key role in helping customers make one of the most impactful purchases for their home and energy future.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound solar and battery storage enquiries and guide customers through the full sales process.
Assess customer needs and design tailored solar PV and battery storage solutions.
Accurately present system options, benefits, pricing, and ROI to customers.
Maintain high-quality customer interactions with care, attention, and professionalism.
Use our CRM to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain accurate records.
Close sales effectively while upholding company values and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey post-sale.
About You
We're looking for someone driven, professional, and confident in selling technical products. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance efficiency with care--recognising that solar is a major domestic purchase that deserves accuracy and attention. You are motivated by targets, organised in your approach, and enthusiastic about renewable energy.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years' sales experience.
Experience selling solar and battery storage solutions from an office environment.
Keen eye for detail and strong technical understanding of solar systems.
Proven ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Proficient in using a CRM system.
Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
Organised, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
What We Offer:
26,000 base salary with realistic OTE of 40,000-50,000.
