Duties
Manage and close
inbound solar leads only
(3-5 per day)
Conduct virtual solar consultations via phone or video
Create and present system proposals using OpenSolar
Educate homeowners on savings, incentives, and system options
Handle objections and close deals remotely
Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of sales experience
(Solar preferred)
Prior solar sales and OpenSolar experience
preferred
Comfortable quoting and selling high-ticket products
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Reliable internet, phone, and computer

Pay: 40,000.00-80,000.00 per year
