This is a rare opportunity to sell solar from a brand-new office. You will have all the tools, systems and support to perform at your best. But this role is for people willing to put in the work.
What You Will Be Doing
Speaking with warm inbound enquiries
Guiding homeowners through the solar journey
Designing solar systems using OpenSolar
Managing your own pipeline and closing deals
Consistently hitting monthly targets and earning commission
What We Are Looking For
Organised and disciplined technical sales professionals
Willing to work full-time from our office
Focused on the customer and the business before personal commission
Experience in solar or home improvement sales is ideal
Confident selling over the phone and video calls in a consultative way
Strong closer who can manage time and pipeline effectively
What You Will Need
Proven background in sales
Comfortable using CRMs and digital tools
Positive attitude and a hunger to succeed
Commitment to quality and high standards
We provide all equipment including a laptop and full access to our systems and training.
