Job Description

We are looking for a Solicitor to join the Real Estate team in our Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with demonstrable experience of Commercial Property law looking for a new challenge and an interesting workload.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing a first-class service to clients through effective handling of client files (under supervision as appropriate). Assisting senior fee earners on larger or more complex matters.
• Providing expert advice to clients.
• Their own matters, including development and lease advisory
• Supervising more junior members of the team.
• Providing a proactive and constructive input into the Team's strategy.
• Planning and engaging in targeted business development activities to obtain new clients for own team, and for other teams within Thrings as appropriate.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of 1-year PQE.
• Great communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client management skills.
• Team player, whose personal ambition is expressed through team achievement.
• Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

Location and working hours:
This is a hybrid position based in our Bristol office. There will be an opportunity for you to work with other fee earners within the corporate team based at our other offices.
It's a full-time position, 35 hours per week. We will consider applications from candidates looking for part-time positions.
