Job Description
An exciting opportunity as a Solicitor has arisen to join our team in an established forward thinking accredited CQS Legal Practice, based at our Cardigan office in stunning West Wales. George Davies and Evans are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced Conveyancing Solicitor ideally with at least 3-5yrs PQE.
The role will include a caseload of residential/commercial conveyancing.
Residentia/Commercial Conveyancing work will include: -
Freehold and Leasehold Sales & Purchases, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity and New Build work.
Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts and Estates, Court of Protection and Power of Attorney.
You must have strong communication skills and be able to manage your own workload and also work well as part of a team and have a positive attitude.
This vacancy is for a permanent full time solicitor. The post would commence as soon as possible and salary is negotiable dependent on the candidate's experience.
