experienced Solicitor

to manage and complete all in-house legal work relating to estate planning and associated services.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing

trusts

, wills, and other estate planning documents Handling

probate

matters from initial instruction to completion Managing

conveyancing

transactions linked to estate planning needs Providing expert legal guidance to our internal teams and clients Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and professional standards Liaising with external partners, HMRC, and relevant authorities

Requirments

SRA-regulated Solicitor

(essential)

STEP qualification

(essential) Strong background in estate planning, trusts, probate, and conveyancing Exceptional attention to detail and a client-focused approach Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with our team Excellent written and verbal communication skills
