The Role
Managing a mixed caseload across divorce, financial remedy and private law children matters.
Providing clear, pragmatic advice to clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
Drafting applications, statements, consent orders and other legal documents.
Preparing cases for hearings and representing clients where appropriate.
Liaising with courts, counsel and third parties professionally and efficiently.
Ensuring all work complies with regulatory and procedural requirements.
Contributing to the wider team through collaborative working and knowledge sharing.
The following are essential:
Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 2-3 years' experience in family law.
An ambitious and proactive mindset - this is a real opportunity for the right candidate.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Confident use of Microsoft Office and case management systems.
A client-centred approach with a practical and proactive mindset.
