Clarke Legal Specialists are partnering with a respected law firm seeking an experienced Financial Mis-Selling Solicitor to join their growing litigation team.
You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of complex financial mis-selling claims, including investment, pensions, and mortgage-related matters.
The role offers the opportunity to work alongside a supportive team of litigators within a firm known for its dynamic culture and progressive approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of financial mis-selling claims from inception to resolution.
Draft legal documentation, witness statements, and correspondence with clients and third parties.
Conduct case analysis, risk assessment, and litigation strategy.
Liaise with senior stakeholders and provide sound legal advice to clients.
Supervise and mentor junior members of the team as required.
About You
A qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 4 years PQE in financial mis-selling, civil litigation, or similar areas.
Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision.
Team-focused and motivated to contribute to a collaborative working environment.
