We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solicitor to join our personal injury team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of Civil Procedure Rules, enabling them to provide exceptional legal advice and representation to our clients. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in legal practice.
Responsibilities
Provide expert legal advice on various matters, including but not limited to personal injury due to road traffic accidents and accidents at work.
Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
Draft and review legal documents, namely court paperwork and communication from other parties.
Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations to support case preparation.
Deal with cases involving pre-litigation, fast track and multi track.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact clients' cases or the firm's practice areas.
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
Proven experience in legal practice with a focus on negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to pursue the client's case.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience of Proclaim desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism in all dealings with clients and colleagues.
