HDR Solicitor (with Litigation Experience)

Blackburn Salary: Up to 55,000 Hybrid Working
We are working with a respected law firm in Blackburn who are looking to recruit an experienced HDR Solicitor with strong litigation expertise. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, take on high-quality work, and benefit from flexible hybrid working.

The Role:



Managing a varied caseload of housing disrepair (HDR) claims Handling all aspects of litigation including drafting pleadings, preparing witness statements, and advocacy where appropriate Advising clients on case strategy, settlement, and risk management Supervising more junior fee earners when required Ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements

About You:



Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent experience) with strong litigation background Experience within housing disrepair (HDR) essential Excellent technical knowledge and strong client care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
