Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HDR Solicitor located in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The HDR Solicitor will handle housing disrepair claims, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients. Responsibilities include managing case files, gathering and analysing evidence, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and maintaining communication with clients throughout the claims process. The solicitor will work closely with other team members to ensure compliance with legal standards and the efficient resolution of cases.
Qualifications
Expertise in housing disrepair claims Strong skills in evidence gathering, case file management, and legal document drafting Proficiency in negotiation, settlement discussions, and case resolution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team Experience with case management systems and legal research tools Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid practicing certificate (Solicitor) Professionalism, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to client care
