Solicitor - Finance & Debt Recovery Litigation (NQ+)

Salary:

40,000-55,000+ DOE + Quarterly Bonus

Locations:

Wigan (free parking) or Liverpool (city centre)

Hybrid:

3 office / 2 home post-probation

Join a nationally recognised, growth-focused firm known for technical excellence in debt recovery litigation. Goldfinch & Partners is supporting the expansion of a high-performing Finance Team seeking ambitious Solicitors (NQ+) to work with major lenders, credit providers, and blue-chip clients.

The Role

Manage high-volume, complex caseloads for leading financial institutions. Advise on commercial recoveries, contractual disputes, enforcement and financial litigation. Apply strong CPR knowledge to deliver commercially-focused results. Collaborate with a dynamic team on challenging, high-value matters. Hit the ground running--this is a fast-paced, in-demand department.

About You

Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) or experienced litigator with transferable skills. Debt recovery experience ideal but not essential; strong contentious backgrounds welcomed. Excellent knowledge of civil procedure and confident managing demanding caseloads. Commercially minded, organised and committed to outstanding client service. Proactive team player who thrives in a busy, results-driven environment.

Salary & Benefits

40,000-55,000+ depending on experience. Quarterly team bonus (post-probation). 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. Hybrid working after probation. Modern offices in Wigan and Liverpool.
