About the team



Our counter-fraud department is the biggest of its type in the market, running over 700 cases to contested trials each year and winning most of them. We have secured over 2,000 findings of fundamental dishonesty since the rule was introduced (more than any other firm) and, in the process, recovered over 1m in legal costs for our clients every single year.



What you'll be doing



Work independently as well as part of a successful team



Manage a caseload of complex motor fraud files



Provide professional, results-driven legal support



Opportunity to carry out advocacy and attend conferences



What do I need?



Experience handling a varied case load in personal injury or counter-fraud insurance



Enthusiasm, initiative, and a team-oriented mindset



Strong work ethic and confident communication skills
