Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor

Are you a qualified Solicitor with 2+ years' experience in non-contentious construction law and ready to take the next step in your legal career? We're working with a top-tier UK law firm that is looking to grow its leading Construction & Infrastructure team, offering the chance to work on landmark projects across the UK.
This opportunity offers the chance to work on high-profile construction and engineering projects, from major regeneration schemes and commercial developments to cutting-edge energy infrastructure including wind, hydro, battery storage and more. You'll advise on construction contracts, development agreements, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments for a prestigious and diverse client base.
What You'll Be Doing

• Advising developers, funders, public sector bodies and contractors on major non-contentious construction matters
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of construction-related contracts and documentation
• Working closely with colleagues across the firm on multidisciplinary projects
• Contributing to business development efforts and client relationship management
• Taking on a visible role in mentoring and knowledge-sharing within the team

What You'll Bring

• At least 2 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law
• Excellent drafting skills and the ability to present legal information clearly
• A commercial mindset and ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving
• A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
