The Solicitor will play a crucial role in safeguarding our clients' interests while maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a range of issues regarding property law. Draft and review legal documents, including property TR1, property warranties and SDLT filings. Conduct thorough research on legal precedents and case law to support client cases. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case progress. Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies for client representation. Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal practices that may affect clients.

Experience

A qualified property Solicitor with a valid practising certificate is essential. Proven experience in negotiating on behalf of clients is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.
