Real Estate Solicitor (3-6 PQE)
Edinburgh or Glasgow (Hybrid Working Available)

Are you a property solicitor with 3-6 years' PQE looking to build your expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded real estate team within a leading UK law firm, working across a broad spectrum of commercial property matters--with a unique focus on the growing telecoms property sector.
You'll work alongside a collaborative, close-knit team of experienced professionals on a varied caseload that includes:

• Telecoms property work - managing and acquiring telecoms infrastructure sites, supporting major clients with large-scale projects, and playing a hands-on role in client relationships
• Commercial leasing - acting for both landlords and tenants across a range of sectors
• Property investment - handling sales, acquisitions, and leasing across various asset classes
• Property finance - primarily acting for lenders on secured lending transactions
• This role offers real responsibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to manage transactions from end-to-end and be directly involved in client communication and project delivery.

What We're Looking For

• 3-6 years' PQE in commercial real estate
• Experience in telecoms-related property work is desirable but not essential
• Excellent drafting skills and confident client handling
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage high-volume work to deadlines
• Effective communicator and team player
