Real Estate Litigation

We are looking to expand our national Real Estate Litigation team, based in offices across the UK

The Real Estate team consists of around 20 lawyers and we operate nationally. That means everyone can get involved in work for all clients. We\'re a close, friendly, collaborative team and we have a focus on sharing knowledge, good lines of communications and proper supervision structures.

We advise clients on all types of commercial property dispute, such as lease renewals (opposed and unopposed), restrictive covenants, break options, dilapidations, rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass, nuisance, telecoms, possession and insolvency related issues.

We act for clients in a variety of sectors from hospitality, retail and technology to telecoms and the public sector. Our telecoms expertise is renowned and we act for big UK-wide electronic communications operators. This work covers all aspects of asset management, from lease renewals under the Act and Code, right of way disputes, access issues, upgrades and the roll out and ongoing management of new technologies such as 5G.

We are keen to speak to associates with experience in all aspects of commercial real estate litigation including dilapidations disputes and settlements, Boundary and right of way issues, and rent arrears and landlord remedies (including forfeiture, Court proceedings, CRAR etc.) Exposure to telecoms law and the new Electronic Communications Code, would be ideal! Driven by the desire to deliver a world class client service, the ability and desire to develop lasting relationships with clients and be a long-term member of an established but forward-thinking and growing team is essential!
