The Role

We are now seeking a newly-qualified

Solicitor or CILEX

to join our respected family team. This role can be based from our

Bridgend or Treorchy offices

, with hybrid options available once probation is complete.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing your own caseload (Legal Aid and private) Handling children arrangements, injunctions, domestic abuse, and separation/divorce Communicating clearly with clients and progressing cases efficiently Attending court where needed (with support) Supporting marketing and legal updates Attending community events, networking, and business development where relevant

What We're Looking For

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (newly qualified welcome) Experience in family law (especially divorce and finances) Willingness to broaden skills in conveyancing or private client over time A natural communicator who handles sensitive issues professionally Someone who enjoys working with others and is proactive in case management
