We have an unmissable opportunity for an NQ Solicitor with Real Estate experience to join one of the UK's leading law firms.
You will work on a wide range of commercial real estate matters for clients including major retailers, leisure operators, developers, local authorities, universities and social housing providers.
About You:
0-1 years qualified
Knowledge of Landlord/Tenant and Property Management work is essential.
Knowledge of Development Work is advantageous
Strong academics and technical knowledge
Clear interest in pursuing a legal career in Commercial Real Estate
Main duties and responsibilities
Manage own caseload of Real Estate cases
Draft a variety of Real Estate documents including Heads of Terms, Development Agreements and Leases
Provide support to the wider team and other departments including Planning, Construction, Corporate and Banking
