We are looking for an experienced

Solution Architect, Contract (Hybrid, London)

to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale

Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central, and Azure

transformation programmes. You will play a key role in defining technical strategy, overseeing complex integrations, and ensuring secure, scalable architecture across multi-workstream implementations.This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, hands-on architectural leadership, and proven experience delivering high-value digital transformation projects.

Key Skills :-

10-12+ years enterprise delivery, 8+ years Microsoft ecosystem, 6+ years Solution Architecture. Lead enterprise digital transformation programmes delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Business Central, and Azure solutions. Own end-to-end solution architecture covering CRM, ERP, portals, finance systems, and cloud platforms. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical designs. Design and govern real-time and batch system integrations including REST APIs, Dataverse ? Business Central sync, and payment gateways (SumUp/Stripe). Define enterprise security architecture including role-based access, RLS, GDPR compliance, audit controls, and identity management (Entra ID). Lead technical discovery, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops with senior stakeholders. Produce key architecture deliverables including BRDs, solution designs, integration specifications, and environment strategies. Develop data migration strategies covering cleansing, validation, reconciliation, cutover, and rollback planning. Oversee large-scale data migrations handling millions of records with high integrity requirements. Define non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies. Provide technical leadership across multiple parallel workstreams (CRM modernisation, portals, finance migration). Support delivery teams using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, TypeScript/JavaScript customisation. Establish architecture governance, coding standards, and quality gates. Coordinate integration testing, UAT support, and performance validation. Present architecture decisions, risks, and roadmaps to executive and non-technical stakeholders. Drive risk management and mitigation strategies for complex technical dependencies. Deliver knowledge transfer, documentation, and go-live readiness support including runbooks and hypercare plans. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills in London-based enterprise contract environments.
