Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective technology solutions that align with our business objectives. As a Solution Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, create architectural designs, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. Design comprehensive architecture solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or enhancements. Create architectural documentation including diagrams, models, and specifications. Oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential issues. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform solution design.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role in software development or IT services. Must have Fintech and / or Telecom and manufacturing architecture exposure Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices. Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is highly desirable. Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
