What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join our team. As the Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be primarily responsible for driving compelling Salesforce solutions while also acting as a subject-matter expert and trusted adviser for internal stakeholders and clients. As the Salesforce Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you must be knowledgeable in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, and Experiential Cloud.

The Role:

• Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders and clients on relevant business needs
• Connect prospects with potential solutions through internal stakeholders
• Identify and evaluate opportunities
• Utilize technical, domain and industry knowledge to conceptualize, develop and modify pre-sale solutions Design and develop software, including understand the system design, landscape, and architecture
• Manage the overall stage of a project, including the scope, timeline, budget, and resources

What you will bring:

• Extensive technical and pre-sales field expertise including in-depth knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing and Experiential Cloud
• Proven track record of successful sales solutions, projects, and implementations
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and effectively prioritise multiple tasks of varying complexities
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills
