Two Circles is a global sports agency. We drive growth for sports properties by delivering deeper connections with fans, through the intelligent use of data and technology.

We work with some of the world's biggest sports organisations - including the NFL, Premier League, Formula 1, AFL, Wimbledon and UEFA - and have been named Sport Industry Agency of the Year on more than four occasions.

We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.

Role:

You will be a key contributor across pre-sales, discovery, solution design, and delivery phases -- taking ownership of architectural artefacts and ensuring technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills, a sharp understanding of modern tech stacks, and an ability to bridge business needs with technical execution.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, or senior engineering roles. Prior hands-on engineering experience is a must, with demonstrated ability to contribute to codebases and solve complex technical challenges. Strong understanding of modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, serverless). Experience with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, RESTful APIs, and front-end/back-end development patterns.

Nice to Have

Experience with platforms like Braze, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Contentful, or Sitecore. Experience across technology domains including CMS, CRM, Martech platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and cloud services. Exposure to CDPs (e.g., Bloomreach, Segment, BlueConic, Tealium) and data integration pipelines. Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and basic analytics or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. * Experience in the sports, entertainment, or fan engagement domain is a strong plus.
