Right now, we're on the brink of launching a major, group-wide project to completely transform the pet insurance experience, and we need a brilliant Solution Architect to help us lead the charge.


This is more than just a job; it's a chance to build our brand-new, next-generation digital platform from the ground up.

What you'll do:

As our Solution Architect, you'll be the driving force behind the design of this critical platform. You will own the end-to-end solution architecture - from quote to claim - ensuring it's scalable, secure and seamless. This isn't just another project; it's the very first implementation of our new global strategic blueprint. You'll be setting the standard for the future, working closely with a fantastic team of business, tech, and partner experts to bring this vision to life.

We're looking for someone who:

Has deep experience designing solutions in the insurance space, ideally with platforms like Guidewire or EIS. Is comfortable architecting across a modern tech stack, particularly with Azure integration services and APIs. Is a natural collaborator and a brilliant problem-solver who can easily bridge the gap between technical and business teams. Thrives in an Agile environment and is genuinely excited by the chance to make a tangible impact.
