Role Overview

As a

Solution Architect of GRC/ Risk

, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) solutions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and regulatory frameworks.

This role is ideal for someone with deep ServiceNow platform knowledge and a strong understanding of enterprise risk, compliance, and audit processes.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

Lead the

end-to-end architecture and design

of ServiceNow GRC/Risk solutions, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and developers to understand requirements and design fit-for-purpose risk management workflows

Develop

solution blueprints, architecture documents

, and integration plans to support regulatory and operational risk requirements

Ensure architectural alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities, roadmaps, and release best practices

Provide

technical leadership and governance

throughout the lifecycle of GRC implementations

Guide data modelling, reporting, and dashboard configuration to deliver real-time risk visibility

Drive integration with third-party risk tools, systems of record, and external data sources

Stay current on platform updates and regulatory changes impacting the use of ServiceNow for risk and compliance

Experience and Skills

Proven experience designing and implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM/Risk
modules (3-5+ years preferred)

Strong architectural knowledge of ServiceNow platform including data models, ACLs, workflows, and integrations

Demonstrated expertise in

risk, compliance, and audit frameworks

(e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR)

Hands-on experience with

GRC applications

such as: Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management.

Skilled in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations

Excellent documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Familiarity with Agile and/or DevOps delivery models

Desirable to have a

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance

Desirable to have

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Desirable to have Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party risk tools/ external regulatory feeds

Desirable to have a understanding of ITSM, SecOps, and broader IT governance tools

Desirable to have Background in enterprise risk or audit functions is a plus
