Solution Architect - TPRM / IRM-GRC

London (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM-GRC) solutions. This is a strategic role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-grade risk management solutions for global clients.

The Role:

Lead end-to-end enterprise TPRM implementations, from solution design to deployment. Architect and configure workflows for risk assessments, vendor lifecycle processes, and integrations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Drive API integrations and data modelling for seamless connectivity across platforms. Integrate external cyber-risk data from providers such as BitSight, SecurityScorecard (SSC), and RiskRecon. Ensure compliance with organisational and regulatory standards while optimising risk processes. Provide thought leadership and best practices for IRM-GRC platforms.

What you will bring:

Minimum 8+ years in TPRM / IRM-GRC solution architecture. Strong hands-on experience with platforms like ServiceNow IRM, RSA Archer, and MetricStream. Expertise in risk workflows, vendor lifecycle management, and assessment frameworks. Proven ability in API integration, data modelling, and system interoperability. Experience working with external cyber-risk providers (BitSight, SSC, RiskRecon). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in ServiceNow IRM, Archer, or MetricStream. Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services, Insurance, etc.). Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks.
