Job Purpose:
A critical position in the global training department's ability to deliver high quality Training Material, Online Learning and Marketing information. This role will be critical in ensuring alignment of terminology and standards across the department.
This role holder supports the Training & Development Consultancy pillar of the Global Training and Development department. This role involves delivering quality assurance activity required to ensure highly accurate training material and online learning solutions are delivered to our customers, as such an exceptionally high standard of English is required. The role will also support with administration tasks such as the creation of Purchase Orders, writing copy for marketing material and other aspects of the day to day running of the department to ensure smooth operation.
