The role has direct responsibility for enablement of regional and local Europe region Acquirers. The role holder must possess a unique combination of technical skill, deep understanding of payments, mobile technology, processing, banking systems, consumer behavior, SLDC and Visa's business.


Key responsibilities/accountabilities:

Engage European Acquirers, Financial Institutions, PSPs, Processors, Merchants, and deliver agreed targets for Visa Direct enabler and originator enablement and growth Lead consultancy on best practices covering all aspects of Visa Direct origination for card, account and wallets solutions Work with clients and partners to drive enablement and setup optimisation that will facilitate revenue growth Drive definition of technical solutions that meet partner and Visa growth objectives Contribute to the optimisation of the current delivery framework and processes to accelerate time to revenue - identifying trends and proposing solutions for common client pain points Contribute to the product and process enhancements, identifying areas of improvements and implementing solutions Project manage and communicate the enablement and optimisation of new and existing clients Report against OKRs of their portfolio of clients

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications



Preferred Qualifications:

Passion for future of payments and customer experience

Experience working across European markets in the payments sector

Ability to balance complex mix of interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, outstanding communication skills and commercial judgement to drive outcomes

Independent day- to-day working

Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal

Driven, resilient, with attention to detail and positive under pressure

Excellent analytical skills and exposure to BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI etc.)

Solid understanding of modern technologies (e.g. APIs, cloud solutions etc.)

Excellent Programme/Project Management skills

Good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
