Job Description
A Sommelier is required for this excellent 3AA Rosettes awarded gastro pub in beautiful Oxfordshire countryside.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status - no sponsorship is provided.
This beautiful property is a wonderful meeting of old and new, with prominent original features contrasted with modern decor and furnishings.
You must have Sommelier experience within a 3AA Rosettes standard environment, and without this experience we unfortunately can't consider your application.
The renowned Head Chef has a Michelin Star background and is looking to push this kitchen on to even greater things.

As Sommelier you will:
- Have a solid restaurant background of working within high level establishments
- Have excellent knowledge of food and wine and be a real people person, able to build up good relationships with regular clientele
- Have a minimum WSET Level 2 qualification
- Possess excellent attention to detail and have a passion for the industry
