Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Sommelier to join our team.
Discover Pavyllon London, a Michelin-starred restaurant in the heart of Mayfair and the British expression of Chef Yannick Alleno's modern French cuisine, blending culinary artistry with the relaxed elegance of a neighborhood restaurant. Every dish reflects his innovation, precision and passion for reinvention, with counter seating offering front-row access to a dynamic open kitchen.
Your role
As our Sommelier, you will work closely with the Head Sommelier to deliver an engaging and elevated wine experience for our guests. Pavyllon is a space that radiates warmth, and you will play a key role in bringing that atmosphere to life each day.
What you will do:
Support the wine service across lunch and dinner, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience
Assist with wine pairings and recommendations, tailored to individual guest preferences
Maintain and update the wine list in collaboration with the Head Sommelier
Contribute to staff training and development around wine knowledge
Ensure proper storage, stock rotation and inventory of wine
Engage with guests to share your passion and knowledge of wine in an approachable and professional manner
What you bring:
Previous experience as a Sommelier in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
Strong knowledge of international wines and food pairings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under pressure
WSET qualifications or equivalent
The right to work in the UK is required
