SONINKE Language Interpreter Urgently Required!
A professional SONINKE language interpreter is sought for an ongoing project. Good, clear, spoken English, punctuality, reliability, honest clean record, clean DBS and strong public speaking are required. Regular work in London's legal district. Easy access for work in person in Central London is essential. A degree would be preferred in law/finance/banking/tech/performance arts TOGETHER WITH a post-graduate certificate or diploma in translation/interpreting, AND experience and membership of an industry organization or professional register. Applicants should be already resident in the United Kingdom. This work is not political and no political work is undertaken.
We would also welcome applications from qualified, experienced interpreters in languages including Akan, Cape Verde Creole, Edo, Ewe, Ga, Igbo, Nzema, Tamil, Tetum, Twi, Wolof, Yoruba.
Early manuscripts from reputable sources in these languages also eagerly bought and sold.
