Duties

Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and pacakes according to established recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented beautifully. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service. Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments. Collaborate with team members to create a positive working atmosphere and assist where needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation or as a barista or kitchen staff is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and providing change. Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous. A friendly disposition with the ability to help customers feel welcome and valued. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
