Job Description

As Sourcing Data Analyst, you'll ensure that the Strategic Sourcing team and the business has access to high quality and trusted Management Information & Data to assess performance, trends and provide actionable insight across all third parties. Providing evidence with data and MI to inform strategic and tactical business decisions this position plays a vital role in the Strategic Sourcing team and beyond.

Key Accountabilities:


Workflow Management: Ensure that any request for Sourcing services comes through a single channel and oversee that workflow through the pipeline to conclusion Data and database Management: Maintain third-party management databases and track obligations, deliverables, contract change notes, and renewal dates. Be able to develop the availability of data to pre-empt future requirements and requests. Interpret data to tell the story with visualisation, clearly and accurately that allows the business to see the actual position as well as trends that inform our decision making. Ensure key trends are identified and clearly articulated to the appropriate audience Assist in identifying and overcoming data deficiencies and gaps in analytical capabilities Document Control: Manage and control access to documents as appropriate Process Improvement: Make improvements to processes, procedures, workflow, and organisational structures for contract management Commercial and Financial Arrangements: Administer commercial and financial arrangements with suppliers, including billing, invoicing, performance incentives, remedies, and internal chargebacks Contract Overview Communication: Effectively communicate a clear and concise contract overview to key stakeholders and provide clarity on contract elements when required Technical Support: Respond to and resolve queries from other business areas, partners, and advisers, providing technical support and information Business Understanding: Fully understand the business area to interpret requirements and explain them to other parties * Self-Learning and Training: Investigate and self-learn new systems and data to train others and develop requirements.
