What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish cuisine and a passion for authentic flavours.
- Spanish language skills are beneficial but not essential.
- Expertise in BOH operations, including compliance, stock control, and training.
- Ability to develop and motivate a high-performing kitchen team.
