Responsibilities

Coordinate food preparation activities to optimise efficiency during service hours.

Requirements
Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen environment.
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential.
