With lively pirate-themed bars already thriving in Southsea and Port Solent, our newest adventure will serve hearty dishes, rum-inspired specials and a dining experience full of character. Join us at the start of the journey and help create something legendary.
Your role on deck
Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen leadership
Train, mentor and motivate the kitchen crew
Manage food preparation, cooking and consistent standards
Assist with ordering, stock control and waste management
Maintain immaculate food hygiene and safety
Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
Lead by example with positivity, passion and pirate spirit
What we're looking for
Experience in a similar role or strong senior CDP ready to step up
Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy service
Great communicator and natural leader
Passionate about great food and guest experience
Organised, reliable and ready to grow with the brand
