- Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
- Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
- Accountable for running the line during service
- Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team xe2x80x93 helping to develop their skills
