Duties

Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Contribute to menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques. Monitor portion control and presentation standards to maintain high-quality dishes. Assist in managing kitchen schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for peak service times.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
