We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Dundee. Our food style is highly preparation-focused, allowing for calm, efficient service with an emphasis on modern presentation and refined plating.
While experience and technical ability are important, we are equally focused on finding someone who shares our enthusiasm for creating elegant, contemporary dishes. The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience working as a Sous Chef, strong food knowledge, and the confidence to lead a small team independently during the Head Chef's two days off each week.
You should be a natural leader with a solid understanding of HACCP, EHO standards, and the day-to-day systems required to run a well-organised, efficient kitchen.
