The Role
The sous chef will supervise the food preparation process as advised by the Head Chef.
They will supervise all kitchen stations and will have to provide motivation with other chefs of all levels.
They will have the responsibility for health & safety and food hygiene practices, ensuring food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
The sous chef will also have responsibility of the inventory, ordering & stocking process.
