Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and service
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Bring creativity, energy, and leadership to the kitchen every day
Skills
o Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up Excellent culinary skills and a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients Strong communication and team-leadership abilities Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient under pressure A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional guest experiences
