We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in London, EC2N 4BQ.
This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week on a 7am to 3:30pm rota. There will be an occasional need for overtime to cover evening events. This will be agreed in advance, and all overtime will be paid at time-and-a-half.

As Sous Chef, you'll bring creativity, passion, and precision to a kitchen where everything begins with fresh, seasonal produce. You'll have the freedom to craft and deliver elegant fine dining menus while working closely with the team to produce a vibrant daily service of breakfast and lunch that includes a salad bar, deli counter, freshly baked goods, global cuisines, street-style dishes, and onsite hospitality. Our chefs take pride in engaging with guests during service, so you'll need to be confident, approachable, and professional at all times. You'll play a key role in training, supporting, and developing your brigade to continually raise the bar and deliver food that reflects Wilson Vale's high standards. We're seeking a Sous Chef who thrives on responsibility, demonstrates strong leadership, and inspires a team of 12 talented chefs to achieve excellence every day.
