For a fine casual dining spot in Belsize Park we are looking for a sous chef who wants to help leading a small culinary team in a growing business. We are looking for an individual with experience in all day dinning, casual, but refined with an eye for details. You will be taking part in developing future seasonal menus, made from scratch. Help guide junior staff along with the Head Chef, be compliant with health and safety and food safety procedures, placing orders and keep stock levels.
