Duties

Oversee inventory management and control to ensure proper stock levels, minimize waste, and maintain cost efficiency. Collaborate on menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative dishes that appeal to diverse tastes. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all kitchen areas. Coordinate with catering and banquet teams to deliver flawless service for events and large-scale functions. Manage shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and support training initiatives to optimize productivity.

Qualifications



Proven experience in fine dining establishments with strong background in food production and culinary arts. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced environments. Extensive knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and dietary requirements within the food industry. Skilled in inventory control, kitchen management, and food service operations including catering and restaurant management. Familiarity with menu planning, food preparation techniques, and cooking methods across various cuisines. Experience with banquet service, shift management, and overseeing food service for large groups or events.
