NoFilter Coffeehouse & Bistro is looking for a talented, motivated
Sous Chef
to join our kitchen team full-time! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love scratch cooking and baking, and want to work alongside a strong Head Chef while still being trusted to run the show independently, this might be your perfect fit.
About the Role: As our Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly, whether that means leading service, prepping from scratch, baking in-house, or collaborating on new ideas. We're a high-volume cafe-bistro with a passion for quality, consistency, and creativity.
Schedule
Sunday-Thursday:
7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday-Saturday:
7:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Full-time position with consistent hours

What We're Looking For
Experience working
independently in high-volume kitchens
Confidence working
alongside a strong Head Chef
Baking experience is highly desired

Passion for fresh, from-scratch food

Requirements
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment.
Strong background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques.
Extensive kitchen experience with a solid understanding of culinary practices and hospitality standards.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management.
Previous experience working in restaurants or similar hospitality settings is essential.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
