We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sous Chef to join our passionate, close-knit team at our Maidenhead HQ. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with an exciting and evolving business. Experience in pastry is a significant advantage and will be highly valued in this role.

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for hospitality and outstanding food Proven experience as a Sous Chef (event catering experience is an advantage) A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills High standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene

Key responsibilities

Support the Head Chef in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations Lead food preparation, production and service delivery, from tastings to large-scale events Manage, mentor and train junior members of the kitchen team Ensure consistency, efficiency and creativity across all dishes Maintain excellent standards in food quality, stock control, cleanliness and equipment care Confidently step into the Head Chef role when required
If you have experience in pastry, this is a major plus, and we would be keen to utilise your skills across our seasonal menus and bespoke event offerings.
