A Sous role where our own 1 acre kitchen garden produce is key to everything we do. We want someone with a lot of love to create our menus, which change all the time. Our Senior Chefs are passionate and above all driven to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience, creativity is what we do best.
You will assist the the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen, managing one of the 4 sections, providing new ideas for the menu, and managing health and safety, ordering and rotas.
We're seeking Sous with confidence and ability to support a dynamic team. Knowledge of all areas of the kitchen is essential. We want you to be as passionate about modern British food and sustainability as we are. Previous experience in a similar role is necessary.
