We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic team.
We have a group of three venues & are looking to strengthen this with another sous chef to help lead our teams. We offer competitive pay & a chance to progress.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist the Head Chef in managing daily operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with restaurant standards
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all menu items
Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders
Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock control, and place orders for supplies as needed
Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials
Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment in compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment
Extensive food production and culinary experience, including food preparation and cooking skills
Strong team management abilities with effective leadership qualities
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
Previous restaurant experience demonstrating versatility across various kitchen stations
Excellent understanding of hospitality operations, including serving procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Pay: 25,946.25-31,000.00 per year
