Sous Chef looking for an exciting next step!
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations Assisting head chef daily and taking responsibilty
- Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the brand;
- Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
- All aspects of health & safety
- Currently be at Sous Chef level within a restaurant environment, Experience with high street restaurants and worlking to high volume would be ideal
- Experince in asain cuisine preffered, but not essential
- Have a great Kitchen presence, be an accepted leader and naturally inspire your team;
- Have a good understanding of business operations;
- Love great food and good service!
