About you?

Passionate about great food and service.

Previous Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager experience required.

Organisation.

Strong communicator in a kitchen team of 15 Chefs.

Confident in managing a kitchen to deliver 2000 covers a week.

Hands on Chef who can operate in all sections of a working kitchen.

Knowledge of steak, and grilling experience.

Fully competent in all areas of Health and Safety.

5-star cleanliness and food safety standards.

Competent in building schedules and controlling labour costs.

A strong focus on accurate orders, stock control and delivering profit.

Responsibilities

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and cooking. Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to enhance culinary skills. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory and manage food production to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
